Customer Support



“Customer service is not a department, it’s everyone’s job.” This is basically our motto here at eTech Parts. But our customer support team consists of 7 friendly and dedicated individuals who are happy to help whenever you need it! We have dedicated sales representatives who are here to take care of all your supply chain needs. You can email, call, or chat them directly anytime you need our help.

We also have a more general customer support team here to answer calls, help with any questions you may have, and they help our in-store customers, too. No one at eTech Parts displays as much teamwork as the boys in our shipping department. These guys are serious about serving our customers with only the best quality packing and shipping. They hold it down every day and never hesitate to stay late in order to get the job done.

Not only are they on point as a team, they work hard while keeping the job fun. And they are basically a boy band in disguise. Seriously, just look at them! Returns is no easy job; it takes a special kind of person to be content in a position processing broken and defective parts all day. eTech Parts is lucky to have found 3 people who make Returns look easy. Similar to the Shipping team, these ladies and gent hold it down to serve our customers with the fastest returns service imaginable, all while making the job enjoyable. Whether you want replacements, store credit or a full refund, they’ll take care of you in no time flat.

Technical Support



Damon was a loyal and local customer of eTech Parts before coming on board in August as our very own on-site technician. He assists in helping our customers with any technical difficulties they might experience during a repair, as well as offering advice to business owners on an array of technical and non-technical topics. As the previous owner of his own wireless repair business, Damon has some really great insight on this industry as a whole and is happy to offer any advice he can to help.

Contact Damon whenever you need some free, on-the-spot technical support, or if you have any questions about a potential repair or parts needed for a repair. He can even offer advice on topics such as glass-only repairs and running your own repair business. Soon we’ll even be launching live video tech support, so he can walk you through a repair or help you troubleshoot any issues you might encounter.

Purchasing and Receiving


Purchasing and Recieving

Purchasing and Receiving are very important here at eTech. Ryan (middle) is in charge of international purchasing, meaning he’s up all hours of the night chatting with vendors. He takes quarterly trips to China to visit vendors and factories, all while ensuring our inventory stays in check. Kevin (right) is in charge of domestic purchasing, including accessories, tools, and various items. Corey (left) holds it down in the Receiving department, checking quality and quantities of every single shipment we get. He helps the Receiving team prioritize parts to be tested and labeled, and can label 200 LCD screens in under 8 minutes.

Meet our Marketing team, David and Grace. With the help of our Marketing manager Jeremy, you can find us behind the scenes at eTech creating and delivering helpful content to the Repair Community. We’re constantly researching, writing, recording, documenting, Photoshopping, and helping bridge the gap between our customers and our company. We’re lucky to have the opportunity to create informative and engaging content for everyone in the wireless repair industry to learn from and enjoy. IT Team



Brian and Kevin (L to R) are the guys working diligently on designing and developing a brand new eTech Parts website! Our new site will have tons of helpful features and will be a lot more user-friendly for everyone — we’ll have the tools we need to track customer accounts and build reports, and you’ll have a much easier time navigating our website, processing RMAs, and much more! We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but there are lots of exciting features to look forward to.

These guys seriously hold down the fort here at eTech Parts. As pictured (L to R) we have Jeremy, Director of Marketing and Sales; Jeff, General Manager; Jim, Operations Manager. Jeff and Jeremy have been at eTech Parts longer than anyone, and know this place better than anyone, too. Jim has been with us since the beginning of the year and has done a fantastic job managing operations, including the Customer Service and Shipping departments. Together this trifecta help to develop and grow the company, and they’re the best guys for the job!
